The Bar A Soap Company, LLC: Return & Refund Policy

At The Bar, we strive to provide the highest quality organic soaps and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, please ensure that


  • The item was purchased directly from The Bar (either through our website or authorized retailers).
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened soaps.
2. Non-returnable Items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:


  • Opened or used soaps and skincare products. 

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted. 

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process


Step 1: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@thebarsoapco.com or (713) 706-0080. With your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: We will provide a return shipping label or further instructions based on your location.


Step 3: Package the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at customerservice@thebarsoapco.com

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product.
  • Original shipping fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:


  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
